Just bought a Suzuki Ignis here for my mother. A friendly man who's always ready to help. The car is exactly what we expected. He also has technical expertise, which some salespeople lack. I noticed that he ignores phone calls during meetings/car delivery. It's a very positive experience, especially since he cares about his customers. I bought a car here three weeks ago that turned out to be ready for scrapping. We had it diagnosed at two independent garages, and both indicated that the car was sold to us in very poor condition. I tried several times to reach an agreement with this company, but the owner/seller refused to respond and claimed no warranty. He also refused to take the car back. It's clear to me what kind of business they're doing here: deliberately selling cars with all sorts of defects. After a lot of fuss, we got €175 back and were able to take the car to the scrapyard. Thank you for this terrible experience; I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car here.

About three weeks ago, I bought a car from Florence Autohandel in Spijkenisse. I hadn't planned on buying a car so quickly, but when I saw a Citroën C3 there, I immediately fell in love. Because the owner offered a good price and promised to replace a few parts and get the car roadworthy, I decided to buy it after a test drive. It felt good, and the excellent service from the dealership instilled confidence in me.
