A few months ago, I bought a Kia Rio from Mr. Kupper, but the clutch turned out to be broken. From the moment I got home, I called him and told him the car wasn't working properly. He said it was rather strange, but he'd bring it back. After returning, he replaced my brake pads and fixed the rattling noise in my seats. However, he said there was nothing else wrong with the clutch and that five people had driven it, all of whom claimed there was nothing wrong with the car. I picked up the car, but the clutch remained very difficult. I ended up going to the Kia dealer and paid €160 to have it checked! The investigation did indeed reveal that the clutch was broken and the catalytic converter needed replacing. I reported it to him, who reacted extremely unprofessionally (as he probably will with this review). He explained that I hadn't bought a new car, but an 11-year-old one, so that's just how it happens. After a lot of nagging and pushing, he finally helped me and fixed the car. It was absolutely not a pleasant collaboration and in my opinion the gentleman is not honest about the cars he sells!

We were half-stranded in Roer onad with a nail in our tire. No local tire dealers—a total of five people—said they weren't interested. That was the best response, and the others, even though they were tire dealers, didn't want to help either. It was Saturday, this or that. Then we just happened to land here and asked. Help was immediate, and the price was absolutely fantastic. But he gave us a 500% tip. Such a nice man deserves a reward. I'd be happy to do it again, unless it's necessary :D

We bought a car here three weeks ago, and last Sunday it made a very strange noise. We contacted Erik on Monday and, after discussing it, decided he would come pick up the car because it was no longer driveable. The car's malfunction was a rare occurrence with this brand, and unfortunately, it was mine this time. Erik repaired the car efficiently, and I was able to pick it up two days later. What fantastic service from Erik; you can definitely be guaranteed excellent service when you buy here. Ultimately, it wasn't our fault, but he was really helpful. Thanks again for that! Best, Tamara

Besides the maintenance on our two regular cars, I picked up my Beetle today. It ran like a rag, but thanks to Erik, it runs like a sewing machine again! Excellent work.
