Unfortunately, it's not autism-friendly. I contacted them both via Facebook and email, and each time, they asked me to call. I decided to go elsewhere anyway.

Bad company, and they don't want to give you anything. He took 50 euros for an hour because he claimed I worked an hour and a half. Okay, but still, 50 is too expensive without tools, nothing. A lousy business. A business from the Middle Ages.
