Good service, friendly staff, and a nice waiting area. I got a flat tire near this company when all tire shops were closed. I picked up a tire in my hometown just to have it mounted here. The tire was €55, then I had to arrange transportation to Nijmegen. After almost an hour, it was €65 to have my own tire mounted. I expected it to cost me something, but I didn't expect it to be more expensive than the whole tire. Just like what another customer said in the reviews below, I quote: They made a profit from me once, but that was the last time. Great company, and I think if you buy a car there, you get good service and a good price. But for something to be done to your car, it wouldn't have been worth twice as much as other companies.

In march we brought in our 2014 Nissan Qashqai for extensive repairs and maintenance. We visited in february to get the timeslot and the earliest that they offered was in the end of march. On its own it is not a big deal. So the main problem was the broken spring on the left front. With all the other things and APK the repairs costed around 1500€. Now two days ago our car broke down. There was noise from the right side and the engine cover loose. We called to De Baaij to get the car looked at and they said they can't do it and even if we bring in the car at the same day, it will take weeks to get a look at the car. Since we need the car every day, we took the car to KwikFit who looked at the car the next day. Now it came out that the bearing on the right side spring is seized and it caused the right front spring to break. Now we are facing 1300€ of repairs because all the parts have to come in a set and it is pointless just to replace the parts only on the right side. This situation could've been prevented if De Baaij would have taken our car in and keep the customer happy.

Top service, my car was not running great so I asked De Baaij to give me their opinion and advice. Now after spending some money, the car is unrecognizable. It handles so much better, it's quieter, the a/c actually works well, overall very satisfied. 2 days later they did the same service to my wife's car. Professional company, trustworthy and friendly. Also, if speaking in Dutch is a problem, their communication in English is excellent. Thank you.

Not the cheapest but I've only seen genuinely friendly helpful people there and they deliver good reliable work, trustworthy.
