My daughter bought a beautiful diesel VW Polo here a few months ago! Finding an affordable diesel model wasn't easy. It was quite a drive for us, but definitely worth it. The owner was very friendly, and we had excellent communication before our visit. We were able to trade in our current petrol VW Polo right away and take the new one home (after a test drive). Everything was handled in one visit! Absolutely fantastic! It's clear (diesel...) that we've already driven many kilometers and haven't encountered any problems. I highly recommend this company! Thanks for the excellent service!

In January, I bought a beautiful 3-Series Touring diesel with about 240,000 on the odometer. It's a beautiful car, inside and out, with all the options I was looking for. I had a trade-in and could have traded it in for a very reasonable price; I didn't do it because I could sell it for a bit better. Despite the intended trade-in, I was able to negotiate a good price for the BMW with Jeffrey. However, when I bought it, I knew I would have to replace the tires and brakes, but this wasn't a problem for me. I had done my research and went through with the purchase. It turned out the chain had been replaced once. I did some extensive regular maintenance myself, such as replacing all the shock absorbers and control arms. The shock absorbers were completely worn out, but I chalked this up to wear and tear. Shortly after replacing all of this, major problems arose, and the chain started making a lot of noise. I had already driven about 17,000 km since I bought it. I took it to BMW for a diagnosis because I don't live nearby, and I contacted Jeffrey right away. I suspected it was indeed the chain. Jeffrey immediately said he wouldn't leave me with this problem and picked up the car in Doetinchem and took it to a garage/BMW specialist in Hoogeveen. The DPF turned out to be clogged (oil consumption explained) and the chain guide was broken. The repair took about three weeks, but I had already purchased a replacement vehicle. In total, the car was parked for almost two months (not because of Jeffrey). Jeffrey covered two-thirds of the costs and also took my replacement vehicle as a trade-in for a portion of one-third of my costs. All in all, satisfied with the way the transaction was handled. There were no specific warranty clauses at the time of purchase, but Jeffrey proved himself to be an honest dealer. The car now drives properly again and can therefore last a long time. Otherwise, it would have been almost a total loss. I definitely recommend buying a car here! Upon picking it up, the car had also been washed and looked pristine again!

Yesterday, we bought a fantastic car from this company. We called ahead to see if we could stop by, as it was already late in the day. Jeffrey said he could stay a bit longer. We had a very pleasant conversation, and they took their time. We were able to trade in our car here. The VW GTE was already perfectly cleaned and had recently been serviced. No hassle about the costs of getting it ready to drive, extended warranty, or transfer fees. They even had a three-month warranty on the moving parts. We were able to register the car immediately and drove home proudly. The next day, I brought my winter tires and roof racks in as agreed during the sales meeting. And they even made a great deal on a different set of wheels. The service was really excellent and courteous; I definitely plan on looking here again for my next car.
