Used this company for the first time. From the first contact to the last, everything was great. Easy to contact by phone; no need to go through four options and then be put on hold. Clear appointment scheduling. Emailing is also excellent; I get a quick response. A company that knows how to keep things practical and simple, fantastic!

Due to a problem with our motorhome, we had to visit a repair shop. ATS was recommended to us by our campsite and even arranged an appointment for us. We weren't disappointed. We were seen immediately and were even offered coffee and tea to make the very short wait more pleasant. Our problem was resolved in no time. The very friendly staff also deserves special mention! We would gladly use them again.

My wife and I were travelling in the Netherlands with our two young children in our VW campervan, when the van developed a potential fault, which we were worried could be potentially dangerous. We turned up at ATS without an appointment and asked for someone to check over the van. Joan on reception could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, and made us all feel very welcome. Before long, Richard the technician had fully checked over the van and given it the all-clear. Joan also showed great understanding when we encountered a problem with our UK bank cards! Needless to say, we were very grateful, and very impressed by ATS and their willingness to assist us and allay our worries about the van! Highly recommended!
