I received excellent service at Autobedrijf Smidts in Assen. I sold my old car sooner than expected, after which they were very helpful and arranged for the new car delivery earlier. Not everything could be prepared, but that had been agreed upon in advance. I brought the car in a few days later and took home a loaner car. It felt reliable in every way, and the communication was also pleasant. Highly recommended so far! Go have a chat with them if you are looking for a new car!

My car malfunctioned: the ABS warning light came on, Hill Assist stopped working, and the power steering stopped working. After restarting, the problem went away, so I made an appointment with the workshop for 14 days from now. The next day, the same thing happened again. I called again immediately, and even though it was Friday afternoon, I was able to bring the car in right away. To my surprise, I received a call at 5:00 PM to say the car was ready—the ABS sensor had been replaced. Super fast and customer-focused service. Absolutely fantastic!

I bought a Mercedes coupe at Smidts Ford in Assen. After a long search, they had one available at their garage. I'd already looked at several cars, but because the salesperson swooped down on me like vultures, I'd walked away from several. But the salesperson was very relaxed and not pushy at all. And the car was delivered in excellent condition and even came with a 12-month warranty. A big 10 for this garage!
