What a fantastic garage! Three weeks ago, I bought a used car from a dealership in Egmond. After three weeks, I reached a standstill. Through Autotrust, I found Autoservice Brian. They helped me so well. The receptionist is very customer-friendly and very helpful. I was kept informed via WhatsApp about the diagnosis, the status, the mediation with Autotrust, the price quote, and also good advice for the maintenance of my new car. Truly professional. A friendly family garage where we could have our new hybrid car inspected on short notice before purchasing it. We received excellent service. It was done within half an hour. Just enough time to pop to the thrift store around the corner.

Not only did they not do what I asked for, but they still did an extra job for me because they broke the engine cover cable. I definitely do not recommend. Answer: What are you talking about? When I made the appointment I listed 4 things I want done and you guys made a note of it somewhere, if you weren't sure what to do when I brought the car just ask, I didn't think about the fact that since I once said what I wanted to come for and it was noted I had to do it again. I wasted a whole day because I had to take the day off to do it, and you did only one thing and in addition when I picked up the car it was impossible to open the engine hatch because the cable was broken. So don't be surprised that I don't want another appointment, I'd rather do it once and properly than have additional problems every time and go to you several times. I wrote opinion according to my feelings because I wasted my time and only have an additional problem. Update: the cable from the hood twisted in the front of the car, making it impossible to open the flap, and it broke on the first attempt, in addition the headlight mounted totally wrong, so that moisture got inside immediately. crack in the paint in the corner because the lamp was probably tightened too much. All day I had to solve the problems they made. Avoid them with a WIDE bow.
