We've been coming here with both our cars for some time now and are very satisfied. Badr is even available on Sundays for a flat tire and recently even accompanied us to buy a car from a private individual. We're incredibly happy with him.

I brought my car in on September 27, 2023, and they told me it had a brake disc and was therefore rejected. Around 3:00 PM on September 27, 2023, I called him to ask about the situation. He told me the brake caliper was broken and it would cost a total of €320. I said, "OK, you can do the repairs." I was told I could pick up the car around this time tomorrow. On September 28, 2023, around 3:40 PM, I arrived at the garage and saw my car already outside. When I went in, I told him I was picking it up. I was told I had to go to another garage a little further away because there were some things wrong with the car for the MOT. I asked him, "Okay, why do I have to go to that other garage?" It's already good now, right? I was told it wasn't good yet and that nothing had been done. So, I was without my car for two days for nothing, and I haven't heard anything from him. So bad service and this was one time and never again to this garage so now quickly looking for a new garage that does do good work.

Excellent garage with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble, and they have a solution for everything. Almost always available and willing to provide service. Very reasonable rates! I've been coming to this garage for years and will definitely continue to do so. Never disappointed!

I can't make any arrangements with Badder. He specially transported the car from Amersfoort for a diagnosis. The car was delivered on September 3rd, and the agreement was that he would start the diagnosis the next day. This was repeatedly postponed for various personal reasons. The strange thing is that all sorts of quick jobs came from others who could be helped immediately. In the end, I took the key with me to have the car transported elsewhere. Unfortunately, because of him, I lost €225 in transport costs and suffered a delay of 1.5 weeks. I don't think there will be any recognition whatsoever. We'll see.
