We bought a beautiful Avensis from Roger last week. And honestly, he's a friendly and very knowledgeable man! We've bought several cars from others in the past, but no one comes close to him. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and he was neatly prepared for us on the day we picked it up. He also gave us plenty of tips. We bought an Opel Karl from Roger and his son Max. They truly treat you like the customer is king, and they're incredibly helpful with any questions you might have. When inspecting the car and taking it for a test drive, we found a few things we felt weren't quite right. But Roger and Max immediately said everything had to be right, so we'd make sure everything was replaced properly. They did just that, and they even went the extra mile. They also discovered that the battery wasn't in good condition, something we hadn't noticed, so they replaced it with a new one. We also had to return the car for a new MOT because it had failed on one point. Father and son were pretty sure they'd order that part first, replace it, and then get the MOT. In the meantime, they'll also arrange for a loaner car. Our conclusion is that this is a fantastic car dealership that we have complete confidence in. They truly go above and beyond to keep customers satisfied and provide excellent service. So, if you're looking for a good, reliable garage/car dealership, I can definitely recommend them. What a great place! Lots of beautiful and neat cars, all in perfect condition. The owner is super friendly, really takes his time with you and provides lots of information—no fuss, just honest and friendly. You immediately get a nice cup of coffee and a treat, and it feels like you're dropping in on friends. Good advice, fast delivery, and everything neatly arranged. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable car with a personal touch!
