Although our visit took place in July 2023, I would still like to share my experience and leave a review. On July 20, 2023, Totalmobil instructed us to have our AdBlue problem inspected and resolved at your VW dealership in Terneuzen (Volkswagen Germany also suggested this address to us). We were on vacation in the Netherlands. When we visited your company on the morning of July 21, 2023, they refused to help us. Their option would have been to have the car repaired at the workshop. They could get spare parts, but it would certainly take a week. Of course, that wasn't possible, and we asked if they could reset the AdBlue system so we could get home... They didn't do that. We were told to drive home and NEVER turn off the car. It was 1,300 km to get home. We were told to drive straight through (not possible with two children in the car). The problem was also this: if we turned off the car and drove over 1,000 km/h, it wouldn't restart. They sent us away. In Luxembourg, they helped us without any problems. I'm just speaking up again because we've never experienced anything like this before. The car only had 3,000 km on the clock! I'm disappointed.

This was very good experience buying a Volkswagen T-Roc car in Auto-Poppe Terneuzen.
