Our experience involved the test drive, purchase, and delivery of a used car. From the very first moment, despite several apologies for being extremely busy, we were helped in a polite, calm, and professional manner. The purchase and delivery also went smoothly and on time. The car was over 50% full during the test drive (which is often the case), and there was no pressure to get it back quickly. This reinforces the feeling that they stand behind their product. What we really appreciated was that they give you plenty of time for a test drive and don't put any pressure on you to buy a car. Questions were answered immediately, or we could ask them on-site at the workshop. This makes the purchase your own choice instead of something forced on you. In our opinion, this car company truly deserves its 5 stars.
