When our new car was delivered, the wax and polish service went a bit awry due to unforeseen circumstances. After four weeks, I was contacted to ask if everything was satisfactory, and I replied that the car was exactly what we expected, but the wax and polish could have been a bit better. I was then promised that this would be resolved during the first service. Naturally, I was curious, and indeed, the car looked pristine, shining like a mirror, and the interior looked as if no one had ever been in it. So, my compliments on how they resolved this, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to stop by.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the car we chose wasn't a success. Of course, we were disappointed. 😞 Frido did everything he could to make us happy. Ultimately, we're now driving around in our Ford and are very satisfied. During the waiting period, we received a replacement car. We are absolutely thrilled with this solution and have great confidence in this garage. Hats off! 👍
