Friendly, fast, prices more than ok, nothing to complain about

My experience with this garage has been quite mixed, to be honest. The car had a major service once, and after that it ran like a charm. I think it had new spark plugs. That was great. But I also had to pay €600 for a part once because of a fluid leak, and then I was still able to top up all the fluids. Last time, the muffler was replaced because it was leaking oil that was also corroding other parts, and since then it sounds like something is a bit loose under the car. It drives less smoothly. But I assume everything is fine. And the last time I was there, my headlight wasn't working. They replaced the bulb for €25, and a day later my headlight wasn't working again. Then they replaced the connector for €25. Frankly, I think it's rather lax that they didn't test the bulb to make sure it was the problem. Because now I've had to spend an extra 25 euros and an extra trip to fix the problem. And frankly, I find that rather confusing. At my previous garage, they'd happily put in a new bulb, and you could drive away for free. But here I can pay 25 euros for a bulb that turns out not to be necessary. So, I have mixed feelings about this garage. On the one hand, I trust them and consider them competent. But they've also shown me that they're not afraid to charge a customer a little extra for less service. I'll be looking for another garage soon because I don't have the expertise to know what my car needs, and because I want to be able to trust a garage owner implicitly. And I'm starting to have some doubts about that last point. Addition to Auto Löesink's comment: It's not so much that I don't trust you. And I know I can ask if I have any doubts. The €600 included fixing the thermostat housing or something similar, which should have fixed the fluid problem. But after that, I had to top it up just as often. And the main reason I started doubting you is that I ended up spending €50 on that headlight, while €25 would have been more reasonable. I just don't think it's entirely fair. And I don't need that €25 back. But I also don't want to have these kinds of doubts. I think you should be more vigilant about this.

A few months ago, my Kia Ceed was damaged, which was a real job. They know their stuff. They always keep you informed and think along with you. Super friendly, a truly old Arnhem family business. Just went in for a major service. Great, fast service. I would recommend Loesink to everyone.

Have been here multiple times to get my car repaired. It wasn't always clear why my car was behaving weirdly, but they always managed to find out what the problem was and fixed it. You don't have to wait for too long to get an appointment. It's also great that they are so understanding and very keen on helping you. In my opinion they don't overcharge as well so it never feels like you're being ripped off (at some repair shops it sometimes feels like that). The only downside of this whole experience is that I didn't really like the car that you can borrow when they're working on yours. But yes, that is a personal preference. They still deserve 5 stars! Thank you for all your help and for taking good care of my car.
