Bought a super cool car, but had some starting problems at home for a while. I contacted Bart and was immediately helped in a friendly and efficient manner. I also had the car checked at the Fiat dealer, and this was reimbursed! Excellent service! Recommended 👍🏻

In 2018, I sold my 7-year-old Renault Twingo. Secretly, I always felt a little regret. As if I'd sold a piece of my freedom. Sometimes I thought about buying something back; yes, but is that really necessary, I wondered. And I also found it a hassle: buying a used car, hoping it actually belonged to an "old lady." Afraid of a bad buy and pushy salespeople... Until I suddenly saw "my" red Renault Twingo at Auto JB. Same model, exactly the same age, less than two months! That couldn't be a coincidence. And that's how I got in touch with Bart; super friendly, patient, and honest. We arranged a test drive. Two minor issues were neatly resolved. I'm completely happy with my Twingo again. It's now 14 years old, but perfectly suitable for what I want to use it for. And... not unimportant: a reasonable price. Bart, thank you so much for the smooth sale!

I bought a car from this garage, and a few days later, I had problems with it. Fortunately, the garage ultimately reimbursed part of the costs. This demonstrates their willingness to take responsibility for the problem, even if it was only a partial refund. While I didn't get a full refund, it was a positive resolution and demonstrated the garage's commitment to customer service. I'm satisfied and would recommend this garage to anyone.

What a fantastic company! I received such excellent and helpful service from Bart! A few weeks ago, I bought a Fiat Panda from this company, and after starting the car the next day, I experienced some minor issues, such as the power steering occasionally malfunctioning and the temperature gauge not working properly. After I reported this to Bart, they immediately resolved it very efficiently at the nearby garage. All the issues were resolved immediately, and I received a brand new MOT and new tires. Everything works perfectly again, and I now drive a fantastic car for a great price. You can buy a used car here safely and honestly, in any price range. You'll receive excellent service. I highly recommend it, as I've never experienced this with car dealers or garages before, and I've already worn out a few.
