Bought the car, and I'm really happy with it; it's a great car. They said they would provide a cap and a rubber seal as agreed upon during the sale. I called three times about it, and it was difficult and complicated each time. Ultimately, I resolved it myself. It's part of a used car, but if this is agreed upon in advance, it should be arranged. In short, I'm really happy with the purchase, but the after-sales service is a mess. Correction: We bought the car from Autoverkoop Beverkoog (same address). I received a response to this review saying I had left a review for the wrong company. I checked with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). Great company; don't expect any pomp and circumstance, but do expect personal attention. I think it's important that they want to see the car before making an offer. That's why I got a slightly better price than with the larger buyers. The transaction was smooth, and the money was deposited into my account quickly.

WARNING! Don't buy a car from this guy. He's a hoax. I bought a car with my girlfriend, but it was nothing but trouble. A refund wasn't an option, and trading it in was only possible with a small additional payment. So I traded it in anyway. Now it's back on Marktplaats, even though the clutch, cruise control, and window regulator are broken. In other words, this scammer just won't stop.

I bought a car here a year ago, and they provided good and efficient service. It turned out that one parking sensor wasn't working within the warranty period. I contacted them and went to see them. They were also helpful and promised they would order a new one and fix it. After that, it went quiet for a long time, and I had to contact them several times to ask how things were going. I had ordered the sensor from the supplier, but due to the coronavirus, there were delivery problems. A few months later, after contacting them for the umpteenth time, I got the same answer. I asked if there was another option. I was also fine with a used car as long as it worked. I'd have to find and buy it myself, and they'd install the sensor. In short, the service was poor; I had to contact them repeatedly. Now, a year later, I haven't heard anything, so I've arranged it myself with a friend.
