Unreliable experience – a promise is a promise I had a verbal agreement with this salesperson regarding the purchase of a Toyota Auris, including the replacement of all four shock absorbers for an agreed-upon total price of €12,500. This was a clear condition for me. To my surprise, only two were replaced, while the price remained the same. When I objected, they suddenly spouted a story that two shock absorbers were still "good"—a complete disregard for our agreement. Instead of taking responsibility and acting professionally, they tried to distort the agreement. This unfortunately gives me the impression of unreliability. Therefore, I have decided not to buy a car from them and to seek my trust elsewhere.

After yet another positive experience, this garage deserves a top review. I've been having all my car work done here for several years, and it's always excellent. Questions are answered quickly, and they're dedicated and proactive. Communication is clear and smooth.
