A car dealership unlike any I've experienced in a long time, with very friendly and helpful people. I would highly recommend this company! I recently bought a car here, and once I got home (50 minutes away), some minor issues initially surfaced (I'd picked up the car without a delivery package). I was able to have them fixed remotely, and they were promptly resolved, as agreed, by sending me the invoice. Shortly after, however, a larger problem arose (or so it seemed), which couldn't be resolved remotely in an hour. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be less serious than initially anticipated. This was resolved promptly at the dealership, free of charge, despite the fact that I hadn't agreed to a warranty. I was given a loaner car so I could manage on the days I wasn't using the car. Great work, guys (and lady)! Great thinking. I would definitely drive the miles to Fredriks Garage again for a new car (a Mercedes, of course 😉).

I bought my car from them and took it in for a thermostat replacement. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the owner is also a great person. A company you can completely trust. They even gave me a loaner car while mine was being repaired. Great service! I'm considering buying my next car from them as well. By the way, I live in The Hague!

Last week I was looking for a "small" car for the side, I came into contact with this company via Marktplaats, which I noticed was that they responded quickly and friendly. Without too many messages back and forth, the following Saturday I immediately jumped in the car to Doetinchem, when we asked if the car was neat or had any strange spots, we immediately received photos of what the car had (which was not too bad, after all, it is not a new Punto from 2009) Test drive and off we went home. Nice cup of coffee, until the next day a warning light started to burn. My wife had called and was immediately spoken to in a friendly manner, the lady will come by and read it out and repair it if it is something small. Drove there, read the car out and reset it (something with the oil sensor) We drove away, the light was out after all. 2 minutes later, boom, the light came back on. The son of the company. "Sir, no problem, I'll order the part and when it's here, we'll make it for you" Had never heard of or seen this company before, but 5 with a star. Service, thinking along and fast, smooth people. Keep it up.
