I am very satisfied with the service provided by Van den Brug. Professional staff. About a year ago, I bought an Audi E-Tron and now went back for the first maintenance after a year. Everything was clearly explained in advance and also at the dealership. I received a quote and a link for online check-in. The whole process took three hours and I was able to drive back home. While I was waiting for my car, I was offered a good cup of coffee. If you’re looking for professional service for your car, I definitely recommend this place.

I'd like to share my experience with the seller, Paulus Tjeersdma. Yesterday I spoke on the phone about a nice Audi Sq5 license plate PK-147-N. After the seller explained that the car was only missing a reflector and that the rest of the car was in mint condition, we agreed to the purchase, subject to inspection. Today we went to view it, and there were several issues in both the interior and exterior that the seller hadn't mentioned on the phone. I revised my offer accordingly. The seller didn't agree. After that, I left. Afterward, I received a call from the seller saying the car had been sold. And I asked why he was calling me about this. The seller indicated that he thought this was all very unfair of me, given the agreement we had and that I had made a new offer. I would like to express my disapproval of his behavior, and I mean his actions. I drove 250-300 km today and sacrificed my Saturday morning for this visit because the salesperson hadn't provided accurate information about the car's condition. My review is therefore not for the Van den Brug dealership, as I've done good business with them before. But my review is for the salesperson. I'm very sorry that it all turned out this way.

Audi suddenly started making a lot of noise while on vacation. Arjan provided excellent service. From start to finish, they were clear about what they were doing and what the options would be for the already extensive repair. They suggested a good repair for a small fee instead of ordering an expensive part. Very satisfied with the repair, the communication, and the service.

Yes, the people there are friendly and they probably know what they are doing. That is hardly surprising when you consider that the technicians there are likely academics. If you dare to charge €139.56 including VAT for an hour of diagnostics, I would laugh too, albeit out of vicarious embarrassment if I were to present that to my customers. That is how you playfully drive your customers away to service companies where people keep both feet on the ground. As you can understand, this was the last time I visited this rip-off.
