Where other garages couldn't find the problem, ASR-Höke was able to identify and solve it. They are always ready to help us, and they always offer coffee. I've been here twice with problems with my car: Vibrations when braking at high speed Oil leak from the engine Timing chain replacement First visit (April): I paid over €1100 for the timing chain, brake problems, and oil leak. Replacing the chain usually costs around €800-900, so the rest (I think) would have been for the other issues. I was without my car for over a week and a half. Unfortunately, the engine is still leaking oil and the car still vibrates when braking at high speed. Second visit (July): Back for the MOT and major service, and I reported the same problems again. This time I was without my car for almost two weeks, and the bill was a whopping €1500 (!). After much insistence, I finally only got €210 back. End result: Engine still leaking Brakes still vibrating Had to pay €2400, which is really too much for this service. I strongly advise against this garage. Poor service, exorbitant prices, unnecessarily long wait times, and no structural solution for obvious complaints. There are plenty of other garages that are honest, competent, and professional.

I had my front and rear bumpers sprayed and installed. The repairs were clearly agreed upon, and the job was done very well and quickly. Payment was flexible, for example, with a Tikkie. They also took me to public transport and treated me kindly. Thanks for the service and coffee.
