My Experience with This Repair Shop – A Cautionary Tale In April last year, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in damage to the hood, right side, and headlight of my vehicle. I wanted a high-quality repair with original parts, as my car was in good condition, and I didn’t want to lower its resale value. To find a reliable repair shop, I checked Google reviews and decided to contact this particular garage to ask if they could help me. The owner assured me that the repair would take approximately 3 to 4 weeks due to their busy schedule and that I didn't have to worry about the quality of the parts or workmanship. However, things turned out completely different. I was unable to get my car back for four months—which is absolutely absurd! Communication with the owner was extremely difficult, as he kept postponing the completion date, blaming delays on a lack of parts, which was a complete lie. At one point, he even scheduled a meeting with me and never showed up—zero respect for the customer! After finally retrieving my car, my trusted mechanic inspected the work and found that the repairs had been done carelessly, as if by untrained amateurs with no knowledge of cars. When I confronted the owner, he initially insisted that everything was fine but eventually admitted to the poor quality of the repair—though I had to fight for this acknowledgment. Dealing with the insurance process was equally frustrating, as I struggled to get an appraiser to reassess the work properly. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop! They are only interested in making money, preying on customers who lack technical knowledge. Avoid this place at all costs! Even now, I am forced to pay out of pocket to fix the issues they caused.

This is the best ASN autoschade I have visited. The managing director of the site is one of the best person I met. I am going there since many years for my car, my wife car or friends cars and the quality is always there. The team is very friendly and professional. I can only recommend this location to everyone! You won't be disappointed!
