Neat and well-repaired. They were very busy and were still able to help me with the car swap. They provided a replacement vehicle, which wasn't as great, but it's just what you're used to. I'm very satisfied!

The damage was repaired perfectly, but the delivery of the car was very sloppy. No one came along to explain what had been done. Just take the key and that's it. Some focused customer service would be appropriate. A distant approach. Perhaps that's industry-specific, but a little more customer service costs nothing. And people keep coming back. But hey, if 90% of your income is generated by insurance companies, why bother with being friendly and courteous? I drive a lease car, but next time I'll go the extra mile.

A very professional company. They were proactive from the start, helped me very quickly prepare a comprehensive damage report, and the paint job they did for me was also very neat and delivered quickly. The price I paid for the services was also very reasonable. Picking up the car after closing time was easily arranged. A pleasant company; I would definitely recommend them for repairs.
