My car ended up at ASN after it was rammed while parked. That wasn't a problem in itself. The fact that the replacement car I was entitled to wasn't available was. Almost two weeks later, still no loaner car. I'm no longer entitled to one either. Worthless.

Update 17/02/2026: In a previous review, I was quite vehement about the fact that I've been waiting months for my car to be repaired because a cable is unavailable. ASN Autoschade spoke to us in detail and explained the situation surrounding the delivery issues. This has prompted me to moderate my earlier comments somewhat. Furthermore, ASN has since offered to try to make a cable themselves if necessary if the delivery problems persist. This increases the garage's esteem. ASN wasn't happy with my review. I understand that, but the fact that things only seem to move forward once you openly give the company a cold shower should be a wake-up call for ASN to improve its communication. If something is taking significantly longer than usual, explain the problem in detail, keep the customer regularly informed about progress, and don't keep moving the goalposts (yes, maybe January, oh no, mid-February, yes, hopefully, the end of March). Even if the underlying reason for the delay is valid, to an outsider it suggests a somewhat complacent attitude that might not be entirely justified. Furthermore, aside from the work still to be done on the navigation system, the other damage caused by the burglary has been neatly repaired.
