Two years ago, I had my car repainted. After almost two years, there was an air bubble on the coating. It had disappeared, and immediately, they said, "No, that's bird droppings." I also noticed some paint bleeding and shrugged, "It was just two doors." Shortly after, door damage occurred against the air bubble, which completely removed it. I would never recommend this company. Very poor quality and no guarantee, because everything is the customer's responsibility.

Top service! Special thanks to Willem who helped to replace a broken side view mirror of my car. On Monday I reported the problem and just in two days the new mirror was ordered and installed on my car. I am very happy with the quality of the service and communication. Would definitely recommend ASN Rotterdam Bokelweg for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair shop.

Tragic experiences compel me to write this review. But I don't want anyone to end up like me. Avoid this place. If anyone wants to know the details, please send me a private message, as my reviews are often blocked, and I'm afraid they'll block me this time too. But don't go there. I lost my windows and spent 100 euros. The car still doesn't work, and this is what the windows look like after the repair at this garage. I waited three weeks for it. Then they told me to take the car back because they wouldn't do it and they'll even charge me for parking it in their lot. Shameful. I'm terrified to think it's because I'm Polish.

A serious, professional, and service-oriented company, with a very friendly welcome and a delicious cup of coffee. After assessing the damage, the repairs were immediately scheduled, and the (as good as new) replacement car was ready when I dropped it off. After just two days, I received a call that the car was ready and that I could pick it up the next day. Not only was the damage neatly repaired, but the car was also completely washed and ready for me—what excellent service! All the administrative hassle was also handled very efficiently! Nobody likes going to a body shop, but if you have to go, choose this one!

They sent my vehicle to another repair shop without even checking it. My insurance company has no agreement with the repairman they sent.
