The damage to our nearly new car was quickly repaired. The loaner car, thankfully equipped with winter tires, was already running warm when I dropped off our car. By the end of the next day, I received a message that the car was ready again. We inspected the repaired damage together with the repairman, and then I drove away satisfied.

In March 2025, we drove by to have our bumper damage repaired. Jurgen gave us a very warm welcome. He was very helpful, even though the damage might not have been repaired through ASN Autoschade Roosendaal due to insurance company agreements. Thanks to Jurgen's proactive approach, we were ultimately able to arrange for the damage to be repaired there. He was also very flexible in offering options for phased appointments. Because our car could be repaired by ASN Autoschade Roosendaal, we saved many kilometers driving to other repair shops affiliated with our insurer. They honored their agreements promptly.

Our Alfa Romeo ended up at ASN Roosendaal after a collision. Besides the excellent repair and the excellent customer service and communication, they were also able to resolve the issues the car had from the moment we bought it. Something the Mossel dealership couldn't manage for 14 months. In short, highly recommended!
