Excellent service and craftsmanship At the end of last year, I went to this company to have my Touran repaired. From the very first contact, I received friendly and professional service. The staff were very helpful and always available for questions and information for my insurance company, which I really appreciated. I especially appreciated that they really took the time for me and that the car was ready and waiting at the agreed-upon time. The damage repair work – a new rear bumper, repaired right rear wing, and tailgate – was carried out very neatly. The paintwork is of high quality, without any orange peel or other imperfections. In short: professional workmanship and excellent service. I highly recommend this company!

I visited this shop in mid-November after being referred by Fiat. Problem: burglary damage to the rear door lock of the van. I took photos. They said they would contact Fiat for the parts (costs and delivery) and get back to me to see if I could proceed with the repair immediately or if I should contact my insurance company first. After a few days, I called them myself: "Nothing known yet." After two weeks, the same thing happened. Now, today, December 28th. I never heard anything back, so I called them again. The same response. They said they wouldn't call Fiat themselves (despite the short lines). They didn't have time for that... No apology either, just a noncommittal, "If we don't hear anything, we can't do anything." So, you're being strung along by a company that doesn't actively take action. I'm glad that after waiting three weeks, I contacted another company myself (albeit further away) and received excellent and prompt assistance. FMS: A lousy experience.
