I went there to ask questions about having brake calipers repainted. They said via chat message that everything was confirmed, so I chose Breda because I'd been there many times in the past and received good service for other things. The answer I received from this gentleman was a curt or blunt "NO." I felt I wasn't welcome there and very rude.

Excellent service. I had a significant amount of damage just before my planned winter sports holiday. They were extremely helpful in finding solutions and went the extra mile to get the car repaired on time. Upon picking it up, the car was perfectly cleaned inside and out. A big thumbs up for this company!

My car was delivered to ASN Blewanus by a tow truck on October 24th. Things were chaotic from the start. They said a damage expert would be there, but it later turned out the expert had never been. This immediately raised suspicion. I was supposed to receive a loaner car while my car was being repaired—never received one, despite repeated promises. Between October 24th and the call on December 5th that my car was "ready," I received no updates or alternative transportation. Almost six weeks without a car, even though agreements had been made. My car had just had a new transmission installed (by my husband) and only needed to be bled. Yet, I was told they don't do that because they're "a body shop, not a mechanic." But then they offered a loaner for €175. How could they? Either you don't do it, or you suddenly become a car mechanic when it costs money... I hardly experienced any customer service—with the exception of Manon. She really went above and beyond, thought along with me, remained friendly, and tried to resolve the issue for me. She's definitely a compliment. But overall, this was a very disappointing experience. No more ASN Blewanus for me.

We were so stressed. We had an accident and were leaving for vacation two weeks later. But the car couldn't be repaired for another month. Blewanus helped us figure out an emergency repair. Ultimately, the car was completely repaired. And how! The car looked tip top again. True craftsmanship! We can continue our journey with a clean car and a delicious box of chocolates! Great service!
