A warm welcome, clear agreements, and friendly, helpful staff. The repairs took a little longer than expected due to invisible damage, but the solution was excellent. The car bumper is great, like new again! We're very satisfied!

Earlier this week, I contacted ASN regarding damage to our private lease car. The operator was friendly and offered to come by to get a quote. We went by yesterday to get the quote. The gentleman who "helped" us immediately told us they were booked until June and that if we wanted a quote, we'd have to pay €150 upfront! After consulting with family, we asked if someone could explain this over the phone, but suddenly, no one was available. After searching, I found someone and asked for the right person, but no one came back. Very unfriendly treatment. We won't be returning. At another body shop, we received excellent service and proper communication.
