The car was supposed to be inspected for its MOT on Thursday. The car had to be dropped off and I was told they'd call me when it was ready. It was supposed to be ready on Thursday. I really needed the car on Friday. I called late in the afternoon and said, "Maybe tomorrow. Otherwise, after the weekend." I got a little angry. The car was approved on Thursday after all, costing almost €600. The wheel bearing had been replaced, but without the ABS sensor and sensor ring. "That would be done later." It wasn't. No more appointments. Another mechanic in Zaanstad eventually installed all that. It also turned out that without the sensor, the car should never have been approved. Reading the reviews, things have been going wrong lately. It's a shame, but that's how your business goes under.

I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection with this gentleman, but he accepted the job and never saw him again. The company was closed at the agreed-upon time and turned out to be out of the area, so the inspection didn't take place. He was completely unreachable.
