He didn't keep his appointment. By the time he arrived, the bird had flown. Such a shame, they could at least call to let him know the appointment was canceled.

Expert owner. He quickly identified the cause of the broken air conditioning unit. He ordered parts and expertly installed them. It's a shame, though, that the access to his business is via a very narrow one-way street and there's limited parking.
