Owner Franklin is truly fantastic. He's a great resource, flexible, and responsive. He quickly identified and resolved the climate control issues. The communication is informal and pleasant, and scheduling appointments is easy. Franklin is easily accessible and keeps his word. As the icing on the cake, he even replaced and balanced two tires at the last minute – simply because it was necessary, and he took care of it right away. In short: top-notch service from a knowledgeable professional. Highly recommended!
