Only a couple of weeks ago I was invited to pick up my Audi Q5 from ACE cars and I have been driving in it proudly and happily since. It was not my first encounter with this pleasant family company as a while ago I purchased my BMW 535 there and recently they also swiftly arranged all the paperwork required to import my wife’s super cool Mini Clubman from abroad. On her behalf: thank you very much for a smooth transaction! ACE Cars is definitely a bright star on the Car Company firmament. Where other car sellers only transmit the urge to make the sale no matter what, father and son running this fine bur excellent firm located in Heerlen at all times give you the feeling that YOUR interest is their priority and not so much their profit. Of course, selling cars is their livelihood so they rather see you drive a nice car off their lot, but one never feels pushed or uncomfortable when talking cars. They are traditional in how to treat their customers, who quickly become members of the ACE cars family, yet as modern as can be when it comes to service, contact-free business and professionalism. At present, their showroom is completely updated to fulfill all requirements for presenting their also up scaled car-portfolio. Check out their brand-new website, which does not have it’s equal in the national industry ;-) Or visit the showroom, once the pandemic permits it and the reconstruction is completed. You will not believe what you see, guaranteed. Does this sound like I own a part of the business? I wish I would, but I don’t. I just wanted to grab this opportunity to let the car-loving world know how genuinely impressed I am with the warm and honest way I always feel treated by this fine bunch of people. Carry on like this and let us hope that this style of selling will more and more become the standard in the Industry.

We purchased our first car in the Netherlands from Balen, what an awesome experience! Balen and his dad went out of their way to assist us, we came by train to them, they picked us up, gave us lunch, did the rdw, sorted the insurance and as a side perk, the car is fantastic, thank you Balen and team
