Very poor experience. I was called to have a part installed, but it turned out to be the wrong part because the correct one wasn't available. Months later, when the correct part finally arrived, they started threatening me with bankruptcy proceedings due to a dispute. Furthermore, the repair on my car door was poorly done, and the door still doesn't close properly. Very disappointing service. Very poor experience. Last Tuesday, I brought my car in for repairs and received a replacement vehicle, a very clean car. Two days later, I received a call and was able to pick up the car. The car was delivered in excellent condition, washed, and vacuumed. The repair was carried out very efficiently. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist you. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good car repair company.

I've never written a review for a company on Google before, but I found ABS Westland's service noteworthy. Last week, my car was repaired for damage at ABS Westland. They arranged excellent replacement transportation and repaired my car flawlessly in a short time. The staff is friendly and has an eye for detail. I always have an air freshener in my car, but it needed replacing a while ago. To my surprise, when I picked up the car, they had replaced it with an exact identical one and left a replacement package in my doorway. I didn't expect this and I'd like to thank ABS Westland for it! It's a small thing, but the attention to detail is remarkable to me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Seriously, what a crapshoot. I brought my car in for damage, and I should have just hammered it myself—it was so poorly done. That old woman behind the counter was so rude and grumpy, there wasn't a shred of customer service in sight. It was like you're bothering her personally when you just come to pick up your car. And then I get my car back? Not even fully repaired and filthy to boot! Like they took it for a spin and didn't want to use it anymore. It's absolutely maddening. Never go here again! Save yourself the trouble, because this company doesn't know what service is. Pure frustration from start to finish.
