I took my car in for repairs, but I would be without it for eight days. Due to young children, the loaner car was too small, so the employee provided a larger one without any hassle. The repair was completed on time, and the car was repaired and returned clean and tidy.

Very professional, customer-friendly, and helpful. Many companies could learn a thing or two from this. Despite all the pressure, they still found time to replace the mirror before my vacation. (I just had to go back to the dealership to have it calibrated.) The car was neatly washed and waiting for me. Kudos to Storm. The follow-up appointment also went perfectly. The calibration was done properly, and I was kept well informed when the car was ready. What a wonderful company!

Very customer-friendly, clear about expectations and options. They honor their agreements, and if you need any additional help or information, they're happy to help. My damage repair was done well. My car was delivered spotless, with an interior treatment that smelled wonderful. The rental car was new and equipped with all the modern, user-friendly technology. Be sure to bring a USB extension cord.
