Brought my car in this morning, used a loaner. It was ready early in Femke's afternoon. It was done perfectly, and they even washed it as a courtesy. Perfect.

This company prefers to gaslight me, instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. They messed with the on board computer settings and instead of correcting their mistakes, they simply claimed I was wrong about the default behavior of my own car

We are very satisfied with the repair of the damage from two collisions at the same location on our car. It took a while, given the Christmas period and the delivery of brand-name parts. We received it back in perfect condition, and we also received a loaner car during the repair period.

We found this repair shop through the ANWB (Dutch Automobile Association). It's a reasonable garage, but their communication with the ANWB seemed a bit disorganized, I think. They clearly sent photos of the damage and told us what needed to be repaired. Eventually, the car was repaired, and when we got home, we saw scratches and other damage. We received an email from the ANWB saying that the damage claim of 1095 euros had been paid to the repairer. Well, what they repaired wasn't really worth 1000 euros, and the other damage was still there. After waiting so long for everything to be repaired, we thought, oh well, never mind, we've been so busy already... I don't feel like chasing it again.
