I'm incredibly satisfied with the service at Nissan, and especially with Jorg van der Laan. From the very first moment, he took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for. No pushy sales pitches, just honest advice and clear explanations of the various models and options. What I especially appreciated was the transparency: everything was explained calmly, from financing to delivery time. Even after the purchase, the communication remained excellent—he even checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction after delivery.

On Wednesday, October 22nd, I made an appointment to view the Renault Talisman. The appointment was moved up to 11:00 a.m. later that same day due to a storm. I just called to reschedule the appointment for Saturday. The quote, "Are you calling about the Talisman, the black one?" I said yes, that's correct. Then they said it was sold yesterday. So if I hadn't called now, I would have driven 300 km for nothing. We did call you, though. I doubt that, I said then, because I don't have any missed calls from you. Then, "You're not even on the appointment list." And that too. Incidentally, I find it improper to sell a car after an appointment. In my opinion, you should clearly communicate this during the appointment if you have such processes. That was also my experience last week at another car dealership. They were politely informed beforehand about another ongoing appointment and politely called back because the car had been sold. You're far away, so it's easier to avoid making appointments with you. He wanted to sell a damaged car. Based on what was discussed, the car was in a completely different condition. We travelled 1600Km for nothing. I was deceived.

Professionally helped by the personnel (Daan) during the buying of our auto, with constant checking of his facts over questions pertinent to the auto. The auto was made spick and span for our collection, with a good after sales service (missing service/instruction books and paperwork were quickly found and sent to our home address)..
