Albert patiently answered all my questions and showed me everything on the new car that I was interested in. After deciding to buy it he did the registration for me and explained me everything to know for someone buying his first car in the NL. He even refilled the motor oil for my old car.

Bought a car from AB Cars, Albert. Car was as promised, delivered as planned. An accessory was delivered afterwards, as promised. No surprises with the car afterwards, great! It was great doing business!

I bought a car from Albert. He is really a nice guy. He tells you pros and cons about the car you buy and also explains you what is the best to cars. He even swaps my headlight to LED. Awesome experience.

These guys are very nice people, but they don't really care about their job or their customers. When we agreed on the price, we made a list of things that had to be done before pick up. They had almost a month to do it and when I arrived nothing was done and we had to run around fixing things. The car was also to be thoroughly checked for any defects during that time, but my suspicion is that it wasn't done or was done very poorly. As I left with the car that evening the ac and blower was not sounding/feeling right, but I didn't think much of it, just over a week later it stopped working and the guys at the vw centre found a whole bunch of problems, that warranty didn't cover. The ac and the compressor were leaking, also the blower motor and controls broke. That to me does not look like a thorough check of the car and a real specialist would not have missed these problems. You really don't want to be stuck with a repair bill a week after you bought the car! The worst thing is that I tried to call AB Cars regarding this, but they chose to not answer my calls and ignore my messages, I was at least expecting an explanation! Really unacceptable service, please avoid!
