The damage to our car was resolved very efficiently. We were able to get in quickly, and because New Year's Eve was over, the damage was repaired very quickly. The car was clean inside and out afterward. We even got a replacement car. Excellent!

Well... I can't say a bad word about this company. I've spoken with Ronald several times about a claims process, and he's been incredibly helpful every time. He took his time with me every time, actively contributed, and his expertise truly reassured me. Thank you so much for all the time and energy you've invested in my situation. I'll be happy to come back!

A very bad experience with this company. I called about glass damage to my car and was told I could come in 10 minutes. I arrived within that time, but was still told I was "late." There was no set appointment, and my car would be with them all day for repairs – so that excuse is completely irrelevant. On top of that, they're going to file a claim with my insurance company. As if all that wasn't enough, I also had to miss an entire workday for nothing. My time was completely wasted, without any responsibility or compensation from them. Poor communication, unfriendly attitude, and no customer focus whatsoever. I strongly advise against this company. This was a one-time deal.

My car was left with damage. The perpetrator made no effort to leave a note. Via a tip from an employee at my garage Schaap I ended up at Autoschade Emmeloord. Alex expertly restyled my car. A fine example of craftsmanship!

Unfortunately, our car hit a hare, damaging and dislocating the bumper. We called AAS Autoschade and were treated kindly. We also scheduled an appointment to have a look and discuss the next steps (the car has third-party liability insurance). During the appointment, the damage turned out to be minimal, and they were able to repair it under service. It was only a 10-minute job, and I didn't have to contact my insurance company. It was excellent service! I highly recommend this company. From start to finish, they provided friendly service and were very helpful. In short, fantastic!
